    Whether your design comes to us on pen and paper or through any CAD application, we are able to convert and transfer files into 3D, object-based, production-ready, fabrication information models. Using the most advanced design and fabrication technologies available, we convert your CAD models from design applications such as Revit, AutoCad, Vectorworks, Archicad and many others.

    We believe strongly in the value of an integrated approach between architecture and engineering. We have found that relying on an approach that respects each discipline is essential to bringing a complex construction project to a positive, cost-effective completion.

    We speak your language and we know the industry. Almost everyone on our team started their careers in the building industry. We have spent our lives testing new tools, building systems, and searching for the best ways to build.

    Our team of knowledgeable design and fabrication engineers can help you integrate advanced computer-aided-manufacturing (CAM) and computer-numeric-control (CNC) machines into your projects, allowing you to construct more buildings faster, at higher quality levels, and at lower overhead costs. Our CAM/CNC building systems make it possible for you to take on projects of greater complexity and of greater scale than is possible using conventional building methods. This is especially true for builders working in challenging locations in mountain and coastal resort communities, our home territory.

    We love timber frames and log homes and take pride in developing and manufacturing complex joinery. Our team members have many years of experience working with the largest and most successful timber framing and log home companies in North America.

    We work with companies of all sizes to provide them with the technologies, tools, and experience to take on multiple projects of any complexity or size. We can provide manufacturing capacity regardless of where a project is located.

  • Manufacturers

    The primary constraint for almost all CNC fabricators is a lack of in-house engineering staff with the experience and knowledge to efficiently convert complex architectural designs into machine-readable models, resulting in capital-intensive equipment sitting idle. We work directly with international engineers who develop the leading CAM/CNC software applications. Our machine operators and CNC engineers have also worked directly with the engineers designing Hundegger and other CNC lines. We have learned the art of optimizing European software applications and CNC equipment for the North American market by fabricating buildings in Europe and North America and working as liaisons to our German and Swiss collaborators.
